Mentor of the Year Award

General Description

This award is given each year by CWWUC/CWUC to a mentor who best exemplifies the role of a mentor.

Criteria

• Mentor has completed a mentoring assignment in the past year.
• The mentee or mentor's peers can recommend the mentor for the Mentor of the Year Award.
• The award can go to an individual or a facility.

Procedures

• Nominees to be nominated by July 1st of each year.
• The Mentoring Committee to review each application and select the one person or facility that best meets the award criteria.
• A suitable award will be prepared and presented to the selected winner at the CWWUC and CWUC annual meeting.
• The recipient of the award will be featured on the CWWUC, CWUC and CRWA websites.
