Matching Service

Once we receive your mentoring request, we will match you with the most appropriate mentor. Then, we will contact you regarding your mentor so that the two of you can begin working together. But, prior to beginning the mentorship, we ask that you and your mentor agree to the Mentoring Agreement. The Mentoring Agreement is a .PDF form for you to print, complete, and fax to 303.904.2178.

When completing the Mentoring Agreement, you will need to have previously read the Do's & Don'ts.
